Vince DiLetto is from “The # 1 small town in America”, Madison Georgia. He earned his BS in Exercise Science from Georgia College and has spent the last 16 years obsessing over how to optimize the human body. He spent a few years in Florida on the learning quest before moving back to Georgia to open his own training facility in a small community. 6 years later, after experiencing Orangetheory Fitness, he decided to sell his gym that he started from scratch and move his family to Alabama. His obsession with human movement is only trumped by his love for his wife and “The Madwin”, his daughter. Vince has a variety of certifications from multiple organizations including NSCA, Precision Nutrition, Titleist Performance Institute and more. His ideal weekend includes activities like growing his own food, hiking, or pretty much anything that might be competitive and outside.
Fun Fact: Vince is immune to skunk odor. His wife didn’t believe him until she ran over one in a road and he got out of the car and kneeled down next to it to try to smell it.

Favorite Exercise: Barbell muscle up is somewhere on the top of the list. Big fan of climbing things and that is an exercise that translates well to moving the body up and over things. Power, strength, coordination are all needed.

Favorite Meal: Grass-fed steak- (current cow Francine is delicious), beets, bacon wrapped scallops, and a million other veggies straight from the garden.

What I love about OTF: I love the science of heart rate monitoring and have been using it for years in my own facility. Love the way OTF uses the science so that people of all abilities can make improvements at their pace.
Ryan Gembel is from Auburn, Alabama, born and raised in Flint, Michigan, and is a Senior at Auburn University studying Fitness, Conditioning, and Performance with a minor in Sports Coaching. He is a huge baseball fan and his favorite team is the Detroit Tigers. When it comes to his favorite time of the year, Ryan really enjoys late October and early November. His favorite holiday is Christmas. He spends a lot of time learning new workouts, which happens in the early afternoons. Some of his hobbies, other than training, includes playing baseball and football, as well as, running and swimming.

Recently, Ryan has taken on the nutrition game. He spends a good chunk of free time cooking and experimenting with different foods. His favorite dish right now includes chicken, sweet potatoes, peppers and onions, and kidney beans, all whipped together with Cajun seasonings! Ryan is very, very excited to grow with OTF and help change the whole perspective on exercise!

Fun Fact
His favorite superhero is Captain America

The constant feedback from the OTBeat screen and coaches are the best part about OTF. I like the challenging aspect of pushing myself harder and harder every other time I go into the workout. The most rewarding part about being with OTF is embracing the sweat, embracing the stink! That way, I know I worked really hard!

Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.

Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
